Project 4 will be posted soon. Please form your team for Project 4 following these rules:
- Three or four students.
- At least one team member majoring in CS, one majoring in Economics.
- Cannot have any team members who have worked together on two previous projects (but okay to work with someone you have worked with once before).

The FCC Auctions Site has lots of information on the FCC spectrum auctions. The one we looked at in class was the 1995 C Block Auction. You can see the activity and revenue graph and the final results (Excel file).
There are lots of interesting articles on Spectrum Auctions. Some of the ones I found most interesting are:
